Heart rate monitor
I recently had my yearly pacemaker checked and was told to monitor my heart rate.
I bought a Smart Health walking heart rate monitor, step counter and watch. It is still in the box and ready to return . I have to wet the wrist while using it.
Is this safe.? It seems like it's similar to my phone checks when I use the wrist bands.
Has any one used this brand?

I just want to share about the quality of life after my pacemaker, and hopefully increase awareness that lifestyles do not have to be drastically modified just because we are pacemaker recipients.

What I would say, is that the wrist based ones have never worked that well for me. I wear a polar hrm when I need to, and it has a chest strap. Much more reliable and accurate.
