...to someone who is paced 99.6%!

We are all different in our needs. There are some here who are paced 100%. Not unusual at all.

pacing 80%

Hi Veronika here,
I don't think it's a lot. Like Don said: we all have different needs .I have not been on for a long long time. had lots of trouble with my pacer. I am paced 100% in the ventricle, 91% in the atrium. I was shocked at first that my heart is only working 9%. after my first pacer malfunctioning after 6 months (leads not connected properly) this one works o.k. low puls set at 75, high 140 but my heart did a couple of "numbers" at 167!!! how can this happen? it's set at 140 and the heart is faster. Had a checkup with the EP and he said: very unusual. There were 2 episodes and we are keeping a close eye on this.
does anybody have any pain in the shoulder area??? i had a first year "anniversary" of my pacer and I must admit, after the first scare this seems to be o.k.....
I had tachycardia and 2 ablations did not work. so he put in a 2 lead generator.

bradycardia here

pacing approximately 90% in atrium and 0.3% in ventricle. Pacing % doesn't mean much to me. I got the PM and it obviously is needed to get the beat started but after that things work well. Noty sure our pacing % should be a source of big concern.

I just want to share about the quality of life after my pacemaker, and hopefully increase awareness that lifestyles do not have to be drastically modified just because we are pacemaker recipients.
