Pacemaker induced tachycardia

I went back for my one month check up. The nurse pacemaker expert in the office said he thought I was having pacemaker induced tachycardia. I was finding that when I pushed myself hard on an elliptical trainer my heart rate would spike up to 225 or more. They reprogrammed it and I no longer have that problem. Hooray!
Unfortunately I still can have an abrupt drop in heart rate. When my heart rate gets up to about 130 it can abruptly drop to 70. I'm going to have a stress test to see if we can figure out what's going on there this Friday.
I'm a 70 year old male with a two lead boston scientific pacer.
Diagnosis: Mobitz 2 Heartblock
anyone have a similar experience?

More pacemaker caused problems

I had a stress test which indicated that my pacemaker had a cut off at 130 bpm. I asked them to increase the top heart rate that the page maker would permit. They've increased it to 150 bpm. I am feeling much better. I went on a long steep hike yesterday and felt like my old self again.
The moral of the story is keep pushing your doctors if you feel that something isn't right.
