HOW much can your ears stand! Not a problem, just don't sit on the speakers!

going to a concert or something at home?
We went to a festival and sat near the front. As soon as I sat in the front, I didn't feel right. Suddenly, I realized it was my ICD that wasn't right. I jumped up and moved to the back. These speakers were massive and now I know not to sit so close.
So go by how you feel and move away if necessary. I have had other instances where I could feel the affects and did not give not a thought to it until it started happening so......the thought of all is fine and do not worry about it does not apply to everyone.
Question: Did you quit that wacky tabacky et al? Nosy minds want to know.
Bill: I like your tough love.....keep it up. :o)

Your PM can stand a lot. We have people on this forum who are working in power plants and on diesel-electric locomotives with no problems. But still you need to be concerned with magnetic force.
Biggest concern is the electromagnets in the speakers. You'll want to keep them at least a foot away from your PM.
If your PM encounters an EF force that disables it, it will go into a test or maintenance mode. You'll feel something and know your PM is in a different mode. It won't stop working, just go into a different mode. Haven't had it happen to me but that's what has been reported on this forum.
You could do a pre-test before a concert. Hook up large speaker, play some music or whatever. Walk towards the speaker to see if you feel anything. If you do, back out of the area.
Most EMF fields you encounter in the normal home environment won't affect the PM.
Hope you can enjoy your speakers!
