Pacemaker inserted jan 6 left side. Now when I overuse my left arm, carrying groceries, walking sticks ,rowing at the gym I get a dull ache under my collar bone which goes away in a day or so.

I have had that same problem. When I got a new generator they just pushed it down a bit into my muscle. What seems to happen is that the pacemaker, or other device, sits on top of the muscle and, until it settles in, will put some pressure on that collarbone.
Also, be sure it's the device pushing on it and not the wires.
You know you're wired when...
You fondly named your implanted buddy.

I get the same thing, but mine isn't always related to overuse of the arm.
I suggest you call your doctor. I asked my EP and he said everything is fine. But it doesn't hurt to have yours check you out.
