Is there anyone that can tell me if my single lead can be identified as being implanted in the atrium or ventricle of the heart.
I honestly don't know.
I have a Boston Scientific S601 and my card has a section mentioning ventricle ?????
Thank you for any advice

Thank you Tracey
Was just so sure that the doc mentioned that it was placed in the upper chamber! But looked at the card and this got me thinking.
The problem was AV block.
3 and a half years with this and can honestly say that I don't even notice that it is there.
Was just curious.

If your card says ventricle, then that's a pretty good guess. Why did you get the pm? If it's for sinus issues such as SSS, then it's likely atrial. If you have av block, then you would pace ventricle.
