Hi all
I'm going to need a new battery soon . It will be my 3rd. in 11 years. One of my leads isn't working right so the battery fails sooner than most.
My question is , do you think a low battery also makes you feel run down too?

...to compensate for the poor lead. That happened to me. I'm on my 3rd in about 11 years too.
If they lead isn't transmitting enough spark to the heart, I suppose it would affect how you feel. It could be the settings in general. I encourage everyone to be aggressive about their settings and not be afraid to go back and have them tweaked 'till you're happy.
Run Down

It could be the low battery and/or the lead that is making you feel run down. It is hard to know for sure, but it is certainly possible.
When you get a new lead and generator you should be like new again.
Wish you the very best.......

I just want to share about the quality of life after my pacemaker, and hopefully increase awareness that lifestyles do not have to be drastically modified just because we are pacemaker recipients.

They can tell you if the pacer is still fully functional or if it's started cutting back on function which can cause fatigue.
