ICD haematoma

My name is dina my ICD was placed on 3/9/2013. After implantation of my ICD i got a blood accumulation sac on my insirtion site. My dr. Adviced me to take antibiotic (tavonic 500mg), and heat pads . But i see no progress.

Please advice me i'm worried about the consequences.

Did he check for infection at all, do cultures? That's what you need. If there is any chance at all it is infection, you need to be on the right antibiotic asap, not trying something and waiting to see if it works. I would suggest an infectious disease specialist, not the cardiologist, to get to the bottom of it quickly.
