Medtronic Rep

I had surgery yesterday(01/23/08)to repair an inguinal hernia. The surgery was scheduled for 7 am and before that the Medtronic Rep was there to check out my pacer before surgery. This is not my first surgery since having my pacer(installed in 1997)and they have always been there. Maybe it's routine for them but just wanted to put in a good word. Thanks Medtronic!!!

Yes, Medtronic is good. They were there for me when I had knee surgery.

If you are due for a battery change-out and especially if you are paced more than 40% of the time in the ventricle, ask your Dr. about pacing the heart's conduction system, called the His bundle. A natural heart contraction is found to be easier on the heart and avoids long-term heart failure. Check it out on Google.
