Morning All,
My home monitor box is beeping about every 20 min. Can someone tell me what that means? Do I need to contact the device clinic? Thanks!

No idea what it means but it probably means something and you won't know what until you call.
Any instructions??

Did any instructions come with the device?? You might need to send your information to the monitoring company?? What kind of device do you have?? Does it automatically send data or do you need to send it if it pucks up something?? On some devices the memory only holds so much data when it's full you need to send it via your telephone Don't know if that's your case or not

I have the merlin at home and ended up getting a cell phone adapter for it. It is an $13 (i think) a month. I do not have a land line, so this is a great option for me! The company that supplies the adapter has very limited hours, so they can be tricky to get a hold of. If you need information regarding this send me a private message.

My Merlin kept going off, scaring the heck out of me (and the cats, LOL!), but it turned out that my landline phone was wonky and was somehow "triggering" it. I've had trouble with my landline since Day 1, when it was installed back in November 2013, VERY frustrating. I've gotten the impression that there's a version of Merlin out there that doesn't need landline -- does anybody know anything about this? It would be wonderful if they had a model that uses wireless internet to connect -- my home wireless network works like a champ, unlike landline AND cell phone.
