Motor racing feeling

I have had my pacer for a year and a half and a few weeks ago I have begun to feel something in my body have an intermittent humming that actually wakes me up at night. It will run and stop off and on that is getting more profound. My phone check was ok so I'm not sure whether to persue it or just try to ignore it. It is more noticaable at night but if I am real still I can still fell it but not as bad. I work at least 45 hours a week and always busy but I am sure I would of felt this before this if it has always been there, especially since it's waking me up at night. It's almost like a jolt when it starts and I don't have a defibulater, just a pacer.
Has anyone of you fellow pacers ever had this experience?

You should contact your doctor and the pace maker manufacture, it is not normal!

I had that happen one time, at night, just as I was falling asleep. It was sorta like a JOLT BUZZING feeling for about 5 to 8 seconds and stopped. It's been a year since that happened. I did tell my cardio and rythm specialist and they looked totally perplexed and didn't remark anything worth noting. Sorta like, " Really, how long, humph".

In fact after the final "tweaks" of my pacemaker programming at the one year check up it is working so well that I forget I have it.
