Ok so I've had my PM since early April and have been doing ok much better than before. At the last interrogation they raised my upper limit so I could exercise( because is start exercising and everything would be great until it got to about 125 the all of a sudden I'd be out of breath and struggling so much that I had to stop) long story. Since then I haven't felt as good and get short of breath just doing normal things walking climbing stairs etc going to have them switch settings back when I see them again in aug but the other day I've noticed something new dizziness especially bending over or if I tilt my head back got really dizzy in the shower when I bent down to wash and shave legs and other times I've bent down. Could this be simply like a pinched nerve in neck or could it be settings or something else. I hate these dizzy waves it's almost like it comes in a wave plateaus then fades. Weird I know maybe vertigo?? But mostly just affects me if I bend down or tilt head back

Blood pressure

Every BP drug in the world ,including thiazide diuretics, which you are taking can have the side effect of dizziness on standing !
The time lag between you having the symptoms and recording your BP was probably too great to find out what's happening. You need to see your doctor : he may put you on a continual BP monitor but this may not give the answer because it only records every 15 minutes or so when the cuff inflates.
Even though you have been taking it since October it is still possible that low BP may be the cause.
Thiazides alone are only used to treat very mild hypertension; perhaps you don't need take any BP drugs at all if your blood pressure is only slightly elevated. Blood pressure drugs are over-prescribed IMHO
See your doctor !!

Dahh!! Although it's surprising that I haven't had any problems like that since the PM!! I think my PCp put me on the htcz not only because of the slightly higher than normal bp but also because I am retaining so much fluid in my legs although it's really not doing much good and both my docs are now thinking it's more CVI and not water although my legs feel like lead I will give my PCp a call I guess when I get a chance

Have you checked your BP when this happens?
It's normal to think first of the PM if anything new or unusual happens but it isn't always the PM.
Perhaps you need to have a tilt table test. I'd check with your Dr.

Blood pressure was my first thought, also. Are you on a beta blocker? They can lower it more than you want.
You know you're wired when...
You have rhythm.

I am on hydrochlorothiozide for my blood pressure small dose I've been on that since October of last year but never had any symptoms like that. As far as taking blood pressure while it's happening it's been a little hard because Iam usually in the shower although one time at home it did that when I bent down to plug my phone in I did take it then but was ok 142/80 so??
