weird sensation

Hello everyone...

is it possible that my lead could be stimulating a nerve in my artery? I get these weird sensations in my upper chest right where the lead goes down to my heart. My pm is on the right side, so the lead goes above the pm and then heads downward to my left ventricle. The sensation only lasts a split second and my heart will do a half beat right at the same time the sensation hits. It doesn't hurt, it's just annoying. I cannot get a clear answer from my pm clinic, so I am turning to you all for help. Hope all is well with all of you!
