Thank you for post and feedback Tammy, its good to know hopefully I`m heading in the right direction...... sounds like I`m about to break into a song doesn`t it!!
As you say it takes time and even tonite still have moments where you feel still everything is not completely there, still a bit palpy and puffed a bit doing things, like you said its hard to know if its the tambocor or the PM. Anyway will be seeing my GP tomorrow to give him discharge papers etc so will have a chat with him as feel given the time we have known each other he is more of a friend than Dr.
Thanks again Tammy and will hope I get more closer to getting it right eventually.
Take care and best wishes with your pm too.
Kind regards, John

In fact after the final "tweaks" of my pacemaker programming at the one year check up it is working so well that I forget I have it.
You're Welcome

Hi John,
You are very welcome.
Make sure to tell your GP everything that you're feeling when you go today so they can help you, even if you don't think it's related to your PM (settings or otherwise) or meds. You just never know. Both can do some really weird things.
It does take time, but time does go fast. I know what you're talking about when you say it sounds like you're about to break into song. When I first got my PM and felt crappy (from the procedure, meds I was given, PM settings and recovery), I got on this site begging for help. As help started coming in letting me know it was all normal and what was happening (the EP doc never mentioned anything about "there would be setting issues") and it could all be fixed, I was so happy I wanted to cry!
Keep posting your questions and concerns on this site. There are a lot of people out here that can help you. I only know a few things, others know a lot, all depending on what we've been through, are going through, what we've read/heard, etc. All in all, there is a TON of information out here and people willing to help. Soon, you'll be out here posting answers for people who are hurting. Even now, your questions are helping someone else going through the same thing. Trust me.
Good luck today!
