What are the leads made of , can they endure using the left arm as before having the PM ?
they say 6 weeks is prohibited to lift the left arm up, I can't do it after six month, I see my PM going with the muscle up when I try , I'm afraid i might broke the leads, my left arm is used only for daily activities

Many thanks...
I really appreciate your advices
For my daily activities I use my left arm, but I am afraid to rise it up higher above my head, but now I'll try to use my arm 100 % ....
I'm grateful to you all,, I'll be in touch...
" You can't do it " ???????

..... or do you mean " You don't want to do it " ?
Eni, you MUST do it ! It is ridiculous that you are not using your left arm normally. DO IT !! It may hurt at first because you will be re-using muscles that have been out of action for some time .
Try raising it a little higher every day until your fingers are pointing at the Albanian sky !!
Sparrow gave you very good advice re physio but with will-power you should be able to do it on your own.
I would love to read a post from you in 4 weeks time telling us that you have overcome your fears and are using your left arm normally.
Best of luck
Ian

Properly implanted leads are strong!

A properly implanted lead will in most cases have no issues with normal activities.
I have managed to break a V lead but I'm pretty sure it was due to the fact that I rock climb, mountain bike and have a small child that has tried to use my PM as something to grab when climbing up me lol.
You have not used your shoulder for so long I wouldn't be surprised if you have a frozen shoulder, as angrysparrow said you can try physio on the shoulder but if that doesn't work then surgery is sometimes needed. (So if you don't want surgery get to a mate or physio that can help you.)
Good luck, let us know how you get on : )
