commercial jets

Since my pm placement (I'm pacer dependent) when I fly I get a very strange feeling. During take off and during the climb I almost feel like I may lose consciousness...has anyone else had any issues flying?

Most likely you are noticing something that has been there all along. As a private pilot I can tell you that flying by its very nature produces a lot of unfamiliar forces on our body. Within reason they aren't any problem. Every aircraft model has it's own feel to to it.

During takeoff and climb there are a lot of changes such as cabin pressure, and changes in engine power. With commercial jets you get pushed back in the seat during the takeoff run and then spend some time nose high while climbing.

It doesn't help either to be forced into the sardine seating these days.

You know you're wired when...

Your pacemaker receives radio frequencies.
