It's very possible you're just feeling the block- if you are working out your atria is likely going a lot faster than the ventricles. You might want to hold back working out when you get odd feelings, it's not good for your body to be working hard when in block. After the pm, sure! You'll need to take some time to heal but after that you should be able to get back to the gym. I have block also, I was at the gym this morning, and yesterday and I plan to go tomorrow :)

If what you're feeling is svt, the pm may not be able to fix that. All it'll do is make sure the ventricles beat when the atria does so your heart stays in sync. If the svt comes back and the atria races on its own, all the pm can do is watch.

hmm maybe i should listen to my body then when i feel this it does slow me when it happens and it can catch my breath its def not svt thats way diff to this its just the best way i could decribe it it seems to flutter in my chest as if its kicking extra beats off or dropping beats i get loads of them when at rest the dropped beats with the pauses but when im active maybe this is how am feeling them. i will go easy on my workout though dont want to cause any more damage.
thanks for your reply traceyE
