Two questions

Hello there,
Recovering well, and quite pleased. I have a couple of questions that I hope can be resolved.
- How many of you have gotten Medical Alert bracelets? Is it something I should consider?

-. Does anybody know what the consequences of being zapped by a tazer would be for a pacemaker?

- yes, I wear one. I've heard the pro's and con's but figure better safe than sorry.

- tasers have no affect on a pm. But try not to get tased ;o)

My husband took training to use a taser. He specifically asked about pm's and was told by the taser mfr that they will not harm. The shock is less than that of a defibrillator, which a pm is designed to withstand.

don't do anything to get Tazed. I used to worry about that too but decided to be a good old gal. Hah!
