Heart Rate Monitor

In case anyone is interested:

I purchased a Polar FT1 Heart Rate Monitor at Radio Shack today for $24 bucks and change! And it works with my pacer....It was a half off sale...

Not many bells and whistles but at that price, who cares?

Thanks for this info. I started doing Insanity 2 weeks ago and really need something to monitor my heart rate during workouts. I don't want to spend a lot of money for a monitor I won't be able to use or won't work with my pm.

I just bought a Polar FT7 2 weeks ago for around 90. Wish I would have waited for this deal :( Good to know they carry Polar HRM's at radio shack. I had to drive a little ways to find a place that carried them and after trying 2 different brands that did not work I will definately be sticking with this brand! Thanks for the info :)

I bought an FT1 and returned it when it didn't work. Got another, figuring the first was defective but it didn't work either. Amazon has a great return system. Their Polar FT1's, not so hot.
