Heart Rate Variation After Stents

I had my rate response PM (DDDR) installed Sept. 2012. Since then, Dec. 2012, I had 8 stents installed -- everything went fine -- resulting in more regular heart beat, stronger heart beat, better blood flow, etc.
There seems to be a change, since the stents, in how my heart rate runs.
Now, if I sit still my heart rate runs at the 70 bpm lower setting. If I get up and start walking around (or on tread mill), everything is fine if I walk slowly (up to about 90 bpm), but when I get above 90 bpm my hr jumps to around 110-115 bpm and I become groggy-headed and I'm not able to walk fast and have to stop walking or slow down. If I slow down or sit down, it goes back to normal and my head clears up.
The pattern when walking doesn't occur when I ride the stationary bike at the gym or do other exercise equipment (like the rowing machine or the New-Stepper)-- actually, I feel the best (clear headed) when using the rowing machine at 130 bpm.
My PM had it's rate response sensitivity increased about 2 months after implant. Could that be the problem or something else?
I would appreciate any insight you can give.

Since I got my pacemaker, I don't pass out anymore! That's a blessing in itself.
