running

i been runner for 33 years, i will enjoy my new pacemaker to make life complete. i plan starting slowly but i know my limits and i feel i will be happy. thanks everyone i hope i can inspire other people not give up but enjoy our lives to best they can be.I
sarting running when i was 30, i age 35 i had my first vavle replacement. 3 months after that sugery i was running again. in 2007 i had my first vavle replaced, i start running again in 3 months . i always hace strong family support. i also have good running partners. i so happy i found this site and look forward to
be part of this club of special people.

There are a number of runners on this Forum including me.

When did you have your PM installed ? Does your Doc know / approve

Mine is sometimes a bit 'bouncy' when I run.
