Hi
Make sure you ask your Dr, as TalkinCardio says above.
My experience was that walking, say a mile, was fine, but I was not to lift my left arm overhead for over a month and my Dr was hesitant to OK me for stationary cycling until over 2 months had passed.
Hope this helps.

I was given the go ahead one week out. I was told it was ok to walk and jog. My only issue so far has been the 130 BPM limit. I guess it is just a rev limiter at this point, as my goal is to be back doing P90X by Oct 1.

Hi, you are only one week out from your implant so I am guessing you have not had your first check up yet. At your check up, you need to ask your doctor about what types of exercise to start with and build up to.
You will need to take it a little slow since you have not been exercising for a while. Usually starting out with short walks and gradually increasing the speed and distance is a good way to begin.
Good luck, Cathy
