#####Firerworks######

Hi people,
I wonder how you get on with the noise of fireworks.. nothing against them although I wish they could be restricted to firework night here in the UK.. I find if I am not expecting a "big bang" it makes my heart jump a bit...well a lot.. plus I have 60lbs of german shepherd dog "Poppy jumping on my lap everytime one goes off. she is so frightened. they were going off at long after midnight last night and the dog rattled the door knob and when my wife opened the door she jumped on the end of the bed and did not move till the morning (the dog that is) haha... sorry just my sense of humor ..Peter

Peter, I don't know what to tell you. You could try to complain, but I find it causes more problems than just having a big dog in your bed. I try to give ours some relaxing tablets I get from the vet for these times. Good luck with that, I feel bad for Poppy! She must be terrified!
