Hi all, I have a concern..I recently got my pm on july 17th and have to go bk to dr on aug 13 for post op and probably some adjustment on my settings, my problem is a couple of times I wasn't thinking and I accidently raised my arm above my head and now I'm hoping that I have not damaged any leads..is there anyway to tell if everything is still ok :(

You know you're wired when...
Your electric tooth brush interferes with your device.

It is just over 10 years since a dual lead device was implanted for complete heart block. It has worked perfectly and I have traveled well near two million miles internationally since then.

check your pulse to make sure it isn't going below yourLOW set point. If you have pulled a lead loose you will know for sure. If you have "rate response" you can tap LIGHTLY on you PM site and check to make sure your heart rate speeds up (should go up to some high pulse rates (ie. 100 plus) but will come back down in few minute).
Everhy time I do something stupid I do the above to check PM. WORKS FOR ME
