Does anyone ever feel like the wires in your her are moving ? iIs this a normal feeling that I just have to get used to ? Never felt it before and m feeling it now, I am 100 percent dependant on my pm due to complete heart block so it does make me a bit nervous .

There really aren't much in the way of sensory nerves in the heart to be able to feel the leads. I was totally awake during my implant and didn't feel anything when they were screwing the leads into my heart wall.

Don't be spooked by the terms Complete Heart Block or 100% dependent. This doesn't mean your heart will stop if the pacer or leads fail. Your heart will just slow down to the rate it was at before the pacer was implanted. I've had my pacer stopped to see what would happen and my HR drops to around 30bpm. Doesn't feel very good, but I could certainly call for help. I also am 100% paced.

Keep in mind that after having the experience of having a pacemaker implanted you will be a bit more aware of any feelings in your body.

I wouldn't worry too much about transient feelings like that. I'm guessing you're fairly new to the pacemaker game? It's something foreign inside your body, so wierd feelings are probably the norm here. it's PAIN you have to worry about: note that's PAIN not pain. Little pains ane usuallly no big deal either. But don't let ANYBODY (including your doctor) talk you into ignoring BIG PAIN.
