I posted this question in general postings and should have posted it here instead.I'm knew to the site, but my question concerns wearing hematite jewelry for arthritis pain relief. I know that it is a mineral and I don't THINK that it has magnetic qualities, but want to know for sure that it is safe to wear with a pacemaker.I It helps me ,but I want to be sure! Thanks everyone!

Hematite will not interfere with the function of your PM. It is a form of iron oxide (Fe2O3). Think of iron rust except hematite, under certain conditions, forms as a crystal. So wear your necklace and forget about any effects on your PM.
