Swollen lump where leads are

Yesterday I had my one week checkup for my pm everything was great i was told the small lump on my chest was where the leads are but last night my son accidentally hit me and now I have a huge hard lump there and was wondering if that was ok and if it will go down or if I should go back to the dr only problem is my dr is three hours away so I don't wanna go unless I have to I know I ask a lot of questions lol but it's kinda making me worry

Sometimes after surgery there is bleedingin the scar line. This can be very painful. I have had this happen and when it was syringed off the relief was enormous. I would contact your doctor and find out what is going on if the swelling does not subside. Better a three hour journey than to live in fear and pain.

I know the dilemma you are in as I live way out in the country in Australia. The expense for emergencies really knocks us around financially. Ring your doctor and talk to someone even if it is the practice nurse and explain your problem. Meantime it cannot hurt to place an ice pack on the lump and see if the swelling will subside. It could be bruising but I am not qualified to tell you what is wrong only what I have experienced in the past.
