Does anyone in the group have a Medtronics Pace maker Model P1501DR? If so, have you been contacted by Medtronics about possible problems with this specific model?

Model P1501DR

When I went in for my last check up in Singapore, the Medtronics technicians were at the Doctors office to check out my Pacemaker. They did some extensive checking, took notes, then the doctor told me this model had a problem with the battery. This model has also been showing a lot of "so called" noise or electrical interference which I had no problem with my previous pace maker.
Anyway, this one has been in place for 18 months now and all of a sudden the doctor wants check it every three months instead of twice a year.
You may want to check on yours to see if it does not have the same problem.
