Fatigue

I see a primary doctor regularly and my cardio every six mox,i have a small clogged valve,if i walk at a regular pace i get smacked in the chest with pain,(pleursy)and i get tired quick,i have heart failure,is there anyone who has oushed through and still goes at the regular walking pace with the same problem?Makes me go slower than i like.
