lead has become dislodge

Has any one had trouble with their leads from their ICD/CRT-D?
this will be a two part question
I know I haven't been on for while again, been seem on going problems, today my heart dr. told me that my lead is rubbing on my heart, which in turn I have been having really low blood pressure last 3 to 4 weeks, last Thursday my bp was 88/54, today at the heart drs. office, it was 83/24; and like this last Thursday unable to read blood pressure on my left side or my left arm. How much damage can be done to my heart from the rubbing, and my dr had to change my meds again, yet he doesn't want to change to much, or my life spam will be a lot shorter, my heart dr. is going to do a echo on my heart this next Thursday.

leads

Hi Carolann,

I had to have a lead revision a few years back. I have an ICD too. The procedure is easier than the original implant.

I can't address the lead rubbing on your heart but the echo should help your Doctor learn more. It sounds like he is on top of it though, that's good.

I know you are concerned, I will keep you in my prayers.

I have had this device maybe a little over 3 years now, if the lead is rubbing against my heart, would that also lead to low pressure because of the injury to the heart, dr. did feel the leads and one of them he felt rubbing on my heart, he order a echo to done next Thursday, and also to see how much fluid is around my heart. thanks everyone for helping, sometimes drs. don't always translate their tech stuff, any way again thanks
