icd and smart phones

oh and i forgot to mention or ask about the new smart phones.Do they interfere whit the pacemaker-defib? It seems when i talk on my new phone my pacemaker-defib tries to poke right out of my skin.

To use my cell on the opposite side of the implant,and from day 1 its been good.
My pacer is on left,therefore I always have phone on right,and don't even think about it anymore,I believe it has to do with the speaker,and magnet.
I have never had an issue with it,and I admit I am on my phone ( iphone) a lot.I also use the speaker a lot,and just keep it out in front of me,and more less on the correct side also.
