i had my pm put in sep 2011, when i go jogging i feel so uncomfertable. i feel the pm bouncing and moving around...no pain but such an ugly feeling. i tighten the bra strap as much as i can to give me support but does not help. is it because it is still healing and will i eventually not feel it any more when i do jog???

......but in the meantime get measured for a well fitting bra with wide straps to give you plenty of support and let your shoulders take the strain.

jogging bra and new PM sensations

I took a long time to finally adjust to finding the right jog bra to wear under the PM as well as finally loosing some of the sensitivity to the PM while running...It takes quite a while for thinner females to fully heal and not have irritation from bras, especially constricting running bras...give it time...Had mine 1/11/11 and it took about 5 months to be truly comfortable...but keep running!!! "Falke Ergonomic sport system running bra" is what I finally feel best in...look it up online...happy running!

Have you looked at the little tag on it? I'm sure that will tell you.

I should have mentioned that you need to size up on the Genie Bra. I wear a med. shirt and bought a lg. bra.
Genie Bra

I am in love with the Genie bra. It is the only bra I wear...so comfortable. I do sleep in a sports bra too, just for added support.

I have a well tuned pacer. I hardly know I have it. I am 76 year old, hike and camp alone in the desert. I have more energy than I have had in a long time. The only problem is my wife wants to have a knob installed so she can turn the pacer down.
I had my pacer moved under the muscle

because of pain and then was doing well for a bit until the wires started being irritated. for the last 3 weeks of work I was back to wearing mens undershirts because the brastrap was resting right over the wires, the movement of my breast was causing pain too so I was between a rock and a hard place until I ordered the genie bra I read the reviews and all of them said they were too thin without the upgrade to padded to get 2 layers so that is what I did, the straps are wide enough that I don't get rubbing and my breasts are as tight as wearing a breast binder. There is no movement. I went from no bra to having it on except when I am in bed overnight. It needs to be washed before wearing,it got itchy after about an hour but other than that it solved my problem completely. I remove the pads they are flattening and I needed support not padding.
All the best.
