Telephone check up

Hi, received a PM in August 2011. Today was my first time with the Telephone check up. They couldn't get the magnetic reading. I am not sure if I was placing the magnet in the correct spot. So I have to go in into the office in February. Should I be concerned?

Not being able to get the phone monitor to work at all has nothing to do with you condition. So don't worry about it. It's just one of those modern "electronics problems".

I had a similar problem but this was with a reveal monitor which does much the same thing. I found out I needed a special filter on the lphone ine, I have had no trouble since. The technician sent it to me.
