Moved from Dallas to Baytown, Tx and went for my first pacemaker check with a new Tech. Reading rather disturbed me. AP counts greater than 99%, VP counts 14%, AV conduction counts 86%. Battery life 5-7 years. Tech said all was fine, but pushed me about getting quarterly phone checks, instead of the now once per year in the office checks. Anyway new cardologist had not seen me as of yet, and I only had a brief conversation in the hallway with him.
Roughly one year ago AMS epidsodes were 2, this time it was 17. should I be worried about this stuff, I feel fine and walk 2-3 miles each day and stay active. Battery life one year ago was 8-10 years.

Try to concentrate on how youre able to be active again and feel normal, rather than on having a machine stuck in your body.
