Can dislocated shoulder pull leads?

Does anyone know anyone that has had a dislocated shoulder and pulled out a lead? I know you need to be careful for a few weeks after getting your electrodes in. I like to do a lot of serious whitewater kayaking, and I have dislocated my shoulder a couple of times when i've gotten really trashed. Also, I downhill ski a lot.

Since no one else has answered this, my 2 cents: The PM is under the collarbone in most cases, as is probably yours. It's sutured to the pocket that the doc creates so it doesn't move, the leads go around the PM, creating some slack, before they enter the vein somewhere under the collar bone. The extra slack is to prevent the lead from being yanked out by PM movement.

So all of this is far away from the shoulder.
