small shock from my lips

Does any one have information about a possible shock from thier Pm, when I dring a Cold drink ice Coffee I often get a small zap from the cup and my lips? only happens whitha Cold Drink...

Also Have Had a Head ache for about 5 days now located on Right side and down my Neck, Can 145/80 cause any problems like this... Off all meds except for Comadin 5 mg a day in sinus no sign of a fib..

I guess if it were me I'd call my doc in the AM. The hwadache would be my biggest worry esp while on Coumadin. Have you had your INR checked recently? Be worth looking into & certainly would relieve your mind.
