Advice please

It's been about 10 months since my 3rd pacemaker was put in, i haven't had any problems, but i noticed lately that the area they put the device in, the scar has healed up but even at the slightest touch, it burns and stings. I don't know what this is, i've never experienced it before. I could really use some input, as of i don't know what to do.

It might just be the way the skin is healing but 10 months is a long time, I'd get it looked at just to be on the safe side. I'd start with the surgeon to make sure everything is ok, then maybe try a dermatologist to see if they can do something to make it more comfortable.
