up date on fell while helping hubby

Ok read everything, saw my doctor today, he gave me a few exercises to rebuild the hand muscle, although he thinks I may have been rushing due to the storm and just got carless,still I said I wanted the exercises as I have been doing so good and live on a farm, need to be able to work, Will let you know how things go.
