Hi guys, I have an ICD - is it ok to go in a sauna?! Your feedback would be appreciated!

I couldn't go outside in the summer here with that restriction. I live in the Calif desert we regularly hit 105-110 during the day. Just drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.
There is nothing about the pacemaker that affects your reaction to the sauna. It is in contact with your body which moderates the temperature of the device. The only problem would be if you have some other condition that didn't respond well to heat.
I use a hot tub regularly myself.

It's much better to live with a pacemaker than to risk your life without one.
Hot Tub.

I asked (or my wife asked) my EP that same question Friday. He said fine, just keep the temp at or below 102.
