To do or not to do?

Hello, I am new to this site and have a question!! I am 31 years old and was implanted with a bi-ventricular pacemaker in January of 2007. I was supposed to be on the list for a transplant, but I am happy to report that I am kicking like a chicken since I had the surgery!! However, I am beginning to notice that my circulation sucks here lately! I want to exercise but I am not sure whether I should or not! You cannot ask a Dr. that because they say that with my EF @ 12%, that there is nothing that they can do for me, or I for myself as far as improving or re-strengthening my heart muscle. See at age 5 I was diagnosed with Kawasakis Syndrome, a month later they thought that I was better and said follow up appts. were not neccessary. However, in 2004, I was undergoing my 1st pre-natal exam when long story short..all these years it has slowly caused my heart muscle to enlarge and die without my knowing! Anyway...any suggestions on an exercise regemin?

This is only my feelings about it, but I would look at doing whatever feels good. I don't go for the desperation approach of exercising to stay alive. But if it feels good then I go for it. At 80yrs I don't know how many heart beats I have left, but I enjoy every one of them. The places where I go and hike there is no cell phone service but I figure the coyotes will have a feast some day.
