Is it ok to use these bikes with a pacemaker and a defibulator? I am wanting to get in shape but also want to be safe.

One of the first things I did once I got clearance was to get back on a bike. Set my goal of once again doing the Triple Bypass (www.triplebypass.org). Had a year to get back in shape and do it. Made it to 10 days away when I got hit by a truck while riding home from work (took a detour so the ride was about 50 miles). Needless to say, my broken bike and body didn't make the Triple last year so I am trying again this year. So as long as your doc sees no problems with it... JUST DO IT!!!!! (okay Nike, send me my check).
BTW, I also Spin, ride my trainer in my basement, am thinking about getting a set of rollers to replace the trainer, hike, was running before my leg got busted up and knee torn up, was working with weights (shoulder injuries due to the accident make that tougher but planning on getting back). In other words... the pacer is just along for the ride now and unless told otherwise I am not changing my life for it (except dealing with airports... which the plate in my leg makes even more fun now).

I have a biventricular pacemaker defibrillator and do spin classes (Bike) X3 weekly. I have had no problems...I wear a pulse monitor as my Max heart rate is 150. I think riding a bike is great because you can slow down & speed up at your own pace
