Karate????

I have been doing Martial Arts for over twenty yrs and I would like to know if it's ok to do everything but sparring?

you need to ask your doctor that if you have a pacemaker/difibulator i wouldnt think it would be a good idea to spar this is in your chest it could break the leads or move them need consult your doctor hope that helps

I started back in the gym pretty quickly after my PM. I didn't use my arm for a while and avoided push ups and weights. About 3 months after, I was started back full steam. I still feel a little weak strength wise, but other than that, you should be fine. And yes, no contact sparring.
