lead compromised

curious to know what sort of replies to this:
Can compromised ventrical lead cause shortness of breath? Plumber (cardio doctor) says not and electrician (PM doctor) doesn't say anything!!!
What's your input. Cath. says NO blockages and existing stents are clear.
Have 6/21 appt but just curious as to what you guys have to say.

Do you pace with it much? Is it working? If it's not working, you should feel like before you got it. If it stopped working but you don't use it much, or if it's still working, you should feel about the same. Compromised can mean a lot of things. I had one compromised for about 6 years before I had it replaced. They cranked it up and it still paced, just killed the battery faster. You want to know what's causing it, if it's not the lead sounds like something is going on. It is at random or on exertion?
