Driver's License in Pennsylvania

Hi,

Does anyone know if having a pacemaker/ defibrillator is going to create a problem with getting a regular, non-commercial driver's license in Pennsylvania?

I have a license in my current state but might be moving.

Can anyone tell me how to find out about this?

I don't know of any states that have a problem with a regular license, where I am they didn't even ask. Commercial + icd can be a problem.
