What is your underlying heart rhythm?

I doubt it

I suggest you just enjoy being lighter for now. I grew up as one of those skinny kids and was still being carded for alcohol when I was your age. No one took me seriously. Now its payback time. At 80 yrs I look a lot younger than I should and have little problem with putting on excessive weight.

As far as the pacer is concerned the only effect it will have is that you may be able to exercise more vigorously than you were with the single chamber type. Exercise can work both ways as far as weight.

but wont the duel chamber help pass blood thogh my body faster as i excersie, wher as the single chamber keeps my heart rate at 62 bpm, so tha with the duel chamber, more blood wil go to my muscles wich will help increase size?

im just consios of my self and find it hard to keep up the training as i dont see much gains,

I've seen many posts about people being concerned about exercise after having a device so thought I would let you know that yesterday I raced my first marathon since having my pacemaker fitted in fall 2004.
