Two Weeks Post PM Surgery

Hi all - just wanted to thank everyone for all the great advise on this site. I am two weeks post surgery today. I am feeling like a million bucks - well maybe a hundred thousand for sure. I took my PM out for a test drive yesterday. Walked up a hill at a nice pace and I was able to do it. I did notice lots of sharp pains in my chest and thought the PM must be working. I am still having pain in the incision site and shoulder area. Wearing a sports bra but the girls are still bouncing when I walk and causing pain to the incision so I might have to wait a little longer to do some serious walking. I was not one of those people that felt better right away. I am getting more energy everyday, little by little. If you are new, hang in there, because everyone is different and reacts in their own way. Looking forward to the three day weekend - going to wash my windows - UGH!

That is great you are feeling like over 1,000 in your new energizer. You must be doing everything right.

Everyone who recieves a PM is different on recovery and feelings. My ablation/PM implant on 10/09 went good. I am fully recovered, except, I notice when I overdo or do something I am not use to doing, I still get a lil' 'ping' or 'tug' in the incision area. Like this morn. I was unloading several cases of colas from my car & I feel a lil' twinge, but it does not hurt.

Thank goodness for what I call my lil' energizer bunny.

Have a Great Weekend and Bear Hugs to All,
