Hello Everyone!
I hope all of you are making progress and growing stronger.
It's been awhile since I've checked in...had my CRT-D implant on December 9th...so far so good.
Question: I bought one of those Portable Emergency Generators that will jump start your car (600amps), inflate your tires, recharge your IPOD, run you laptop with a USB port...and run AC appliances up to 400watts.
Well, I was wondering if anyone with an ICD/Pacemaker has any experience with one. I'm aware of NOT putting my chest under the hood of running cars, but was curious of other problems this generator might create for those of us with our devices. The generator is NOT gas powered but has an internal battery.
Thanks!
Ron

Treat it like any other electrical appliance. I have a high powered version in my trailer and use it anytime I'm camping.

I carry one and have used it, have not noticed a problem.
