Jessie thank you so much for your input. I'm so glad I found this site. They did do a cat scan yesterday and everything turned out OK.

Being an Advocate

by fightergirl - 2009-10-28 09:10:38

Susan,
I have been in the Health Care business for 25+ years.
You MUST become an advocate for yourself and your loved ones! Stand up for what you know, don't take general answers as the gospel...if you feel something isn't right...research and find out more about it! If you have to...keep pressing the issue until you are satisfied with the result...if you are not satisfied, then it is time to find other resources....Terri A.

I do not have a copy of his pacemaker card. If I write them, do they have to give me a copy?
Thank all for your help. I also have been in the medical field before becoming disable myself.
Thanks

Susan
