Heart disease actually has 2 categories. One is the "plumbing" system and the other is the "electrical" system.
The plumbing system is about arteries being clogged, high cholesterol, or blood pressure. The electrical system is what we, on this site, mainly have the problem with. It is a very complicated system. What went wrong with this electrical system in our body is quite a mystery. It just happened. Now, there are studies that suggest our heart cells (the cells that contribute to the function of our heart "electrical" system) need to be well supplied and in balance with electrolytes (potassium, sodium, chloride, calcium and magnesium). Lacking these electrolytes may lead to imbalance case which leads to irregular heart beats (arrhythmia). Correcting the imbalance or lacking of electrolytes may help with arrhythmia. Of course, it's not that simple because that might not work at all, but it's worth looking into. If I may suggest, start with a good diet. Pay attention to the foods that have many electrolytes, particularly magnesium. Explore that and you might find wonder. I wish you a wonderful journey to good health.

Sometimes a device must be tuned a few times before it is right. My cardiologist said it is like fine tuning a car.

Hi! It is difficult to help much with what you are describing, as several things could be going on. Please get with your doctor for an evaluation and complete understanding of what is going on with your heart and the appropriate treatment, lifestyle, diet etc. for you. If you cannot communicate with your current medical care, please seek care that can meet your beds. It will be easier to be of help to you when you can provide a little more info. Hopeful Heart
