Coenzyme Q10

I just bought Coenzyme q10 today. After taking a 100mg soft gel, I got a headache and my mouth was a bit dry. I read the side effects of coenzyme q10 and headache is a side effect. Has anyone else had this reaction. If this would be ongoing I won't continue with it. thanks

Never got a headache

I have been using it for a few weeks and never got a headache. I am also trying fish oil and green tea to see if that would help lower cholesterol and improve my heart

i'm taking 100mg once daily.are you tanking any other meds at the same time or any suplemts,if you are might want to space it out,no headachs here

Lower Dose

Try lowering the dose. It may be your body is struggling to tolerate 150mg.
